I specialise in natural newborn photography without the use of props, so each portrait is unique and the focus is on your baby.

I create a custom photoshoot based around your style and your choices. Together we will create timeless art for your home that you will cherish forever. I provide my images in both printed and digital formats with options for framed wall art and albums.

Is Newborn Photography Safe?

As a newborn photographer with over a decade of experience, I can confidently say that newborn photography is safe when conducted with proper training, care, and attention to your baby’s needs. Safety is always my top priority, and I adhere to strict guidelines to ensure that every session is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for your family. My style is very natural so I don't use props but I use blankets, wraps and poses that are all carefully planned to keep your baby supported.

What is the best time for my baby Photoshoot?

Most parents choose to bring their babies in for a photoshoot within the first 12 days, especially if they've booked the session in advance of their baby's birth.

However, throughout the first year, there really is no "bad" time to capture your baby's growth and milestones. Each stage offers unique and adorable changes, from those precious sleepy newborn moments to the curious expressions and joyful smiles as your little one grows.

Every phase is special, and each one is worth photographing to preserve those fleeting memories.

Can you do sessions on the weekend?

Yes, for custom sessions, I offer both Saturday and Sunday shoots. These tend to book up several weeks to a month in advance so please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like a weekend date.

Can I have the photoshoot in my home?

Yes, while mini sessions all take place in the Portmarnock studio, custom sessions can be done in your home if this is more comfortable. Parents with very young siblings tend to prefer this option.

What if my other children don't play ball?

I’ve been working with babies and children since 2010, and over the years, I’ve picked up countless tips and tricks to help encourage little ones to feel comfortable and get them in front of the camera. Whether your child is shy or full of energy, I’ll work with you to create a plan that suits their personality and ensures a fun, relaxed experience. We’ll discuss everything beforehand so we can capture beautiful moments, no matter their mood! 😊

How long is the session?

Mini sessions last 30 - 45 minutes and custom sessions last around 2 hours.

Where are you based?

I am based in Portmarnock but can work on location or in your home.

Do I get all of the digitals?

I offer a variety of packages designed to suit every family’s needs. All of my printed portraits come with matching digital files, and I also have several bundle options to choose from.
